camping pre-post kids

This last camping experience made me think about camping pre kids/post kids....
here is my list

Pre Kids Post Kids

- we drank lots of beer VS we never even drink one beer until

we get home!

- we find a campground that lets us be roudy VS we find a campground that is quiet by 9:00

- we want a spot away from the lodge VS we want a campsite near the playground

- we get up late and figure out what we are going to do that day VS we plan & pack the night before for the next day & get up at sunrise

- we never read the campground activity VS we do tons of activitys during the day that the

sheet campground offers

- we have a HUGE fire VS we have a small fire and still worry about the kids falling in

- we wear the same clothes all weekend VS we have TONS of laundry by the end of the

weekend

- we eat lots of junk food VS we eat lots of fruit and veggies

But regardless...we still have FUN!!

So today I was trying a new tactic while Jayce was in time-out for not sharing with Kaelyn. I asked him to tell me something a "good" boy would do. He said "I won't throw Kaelyn into the trees." I guess that is something a good boy wouldn't do...but seriously couldn't you think of something better?
