Common Courtesy

So we've been casually looking for a pop-up trailer. I'd love to go camping this summer but I'm just not in the mood to deal with setting up tents and watch 2 kids. Plus if it rains it is just so miserable. But with the whole bathroom renovation money is REALLY tight. So, yesterday afternoon a trailer came up on Craig's list that was right in our price range with the options I wanted. I contacted the person right away and she set up a time for us to come see the trailer this morning at 8:30am. She gave me her address, phone number everything. A few hours later she called to tell me she sold it to someone else?!! What the crap? Where is common courtesy anymore? I literally just set up a time to go see it. We would have went to see it last night...but she just sells it to someone else without even giving me right of first refusal. Here I am gettng my hopes up that this might be "the one". I was SO disappointed. It was actually one of my lowest lows in a long time. I didn't realize how excited I was to get back into camping regularly. People are jerks. I just have to tell myself it just was not meant to be.
