Winter Fun

So today was Jayce's first real snowfall that he could remember. He kept pointing out the window and saying "dis"...or this. So we bundled him up and went outside for some fun. His "car" (that we picked up at the dump...did I tell you I LOVE the give-and-take at our town dump!) was still out and it had gotten all snowy but Jayce didn't care so we played in that for a while, then Keith brought Jayce sledding in our front yard. He had a blast! He was mostly smiles and Keith was going so fast that there was an actual wipeout near the end where Jayce lost a mitten and a boot. BTW, his boots are way too big for our "shrink-a-feet-a-titus". One bad thing about buying one season ahead, you really have no idea how your kid is going to grow....but we used the boots anyways. Jayce stayed pretty warm and we got to do some shoveling while he waddled around in the snow. This is going to be a fun winter now that he can walk and get around. Hopefully we can get out more and play in the snow before baby girl Baran gets here!
